For Candidates
We never charge candidates anything.
We work on permanent roles and occasionally fixed term contracts.
Our roles are in the medical equipment, medical device, public sector IT equipment, pharmaceuticals, dental equipment and quality assurance
Our positions can be junior, mid-level or senior.
Most of the roles work with the NHS or Healthcare market in some way.
We often recruit sales, business development and sales management positions, however we have also recruited technical executives from CAD designers to software and firmware engineers, quality assurance and transport.
We don’t recruit for clinical positions such as nurses or doctors
Maybe but we have to be honest with each other. If you are transitioning from another industry you may well have to take a step back to go forwards. If you want to transition from a clinical role to a sales role you ideally need to be able to demonstrate previous customer service experience and probably will need to start at a lower position. This is not always the case but more times than not will be.
No, never! We only share a CV with permission and after a Teams interview with us.
We may well ask you to make modifications to your CV before we present it, BUT we will not rewrite your CV for you.

Yes quite possibly but it is not easy. We would suggest that you need to write a more junior CV from scratch and adjust your LinkedIn to suit. This really does need some thought. We can help with this and would be happy to have a discussion.
