Physiotherapy Equipment BDM – South

My client is a growing supplier to the hospital physiotherapy equipment markets. Due to growth, they now require a Business Development Manager for the South of the UK, Bristol to Colchester, to sell their ranges of capital equipment, bracing / support and consumables into the hospital and physiotherapy equipment clinic markets.

This is an exciting role for a talented BDM who knows the NHS structures and departments and is used to longer lead time sales processes and can work with purchasing and procurement rules. Normal mode of working is 1 to 2 days home office based and 3 to 4 days customer facing in the field. There is a requirement to travel once per month to the Midlands for sales meetings

Person Requirements for the physiotherapy equipment sales position

• 3 years’ experience in the sale of physiotherapy equipment products.
• Experience of NHS and Private hospital sales
• A network of physiotherapy and hospital contacts.
• Can switch from solutions sales to consumable commercial sales as required.
• Knowledge of in area hospital trusts and clinics.
• Used to CRM reporting.
• Can open doors and build longer term relationships.

The package

• £45 to £55k basic depending on experience.
• £12k pa sales related bonus, uncapped.
• Car allowance plus government fuel rates
• Pension
• 21 days holiday plus statutory days.
