We recently had the pleasure of working with Ashley whom we had known for some time.
Ashley had a background as a senior manager in 2 life sciences businesses and had subsequently set up his own consultancy providing businesses with help and advice in this area. Like many consultants after a few years it became lonely. He was therefore wanting to transition back into a PAYE environment with a successful life science business.
Unlike many, Ashley fully understood the challenges of doing this and realised he wouldnt just be able to pickup where he left off at a senior position. As such he asked us to keep our ears open for a senior BDM or Account Manager type customer facing role.
When the opportunity arose, we ensured his CV for focused into the relevent experience and fully briefed him on the business and what needed to be said and done.
As expected Ashley smashed it out of the park at interview and secured the role.
